Architect Led Pricing

The cost of architect led project is approximately 10% more when compared to our certified installer pricing, a small price to pay on challenging properties that require planning.

The prices below are based on the average price of a loft conversion.

We have based the loft height at 2.6m, going into an existing truss roof structure at 600mm centres (Bay width)
