ecoTRUS’ “Loft conversion kit” is a patented steel superstructure that easily opens up the roof space. It enables dormers, gables and balconies to be added with minimal distruption to the home below.
The ecoTRUS system is built on site then assembled inside the roof space in 1 to 2 days, triangulating the load of the roof, so all truss’ and beams can be removed. ecoTRUS has a UK, European and USA patent filed with installers throughout Europe and New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont. We organise all the design side as well as the building control applications and inspections, and all certification. We oversee all installations from our accredited installer programme with training academies in Leeds and Derby.
EASILY ADD A WHOLE FLOOR
The system adds a gentle load maximising space as you DO NOT need heavy steel RSJ beams or girders all the space is usable right to the edges, its like adding a whole floor to the property!
The ecotrus system is 80% faster than older methods with 90% less property alterations needed and a cost saving of up to 50% as costs come in for the bespoke system between 5 to 15k for a structure adding 2/3 bedrooms increasing property value by 30%
This includes full architectural drawings including 3d visualisation and structural engineers calculations, Building control inspections and certification. The project is tracked by our online portal where all the documents are saved and easily accessible via our own app.
