What Works Do I Need To Carry Out?

Scaffolding – We will design your scaffolding plan but will not arrange for it to be erected before construction starts as other trades after us will need to access it.

Skip Hire – Disposing of waste.

Electrical & Plumbing – First and second fix.

Roofing – Retiling of your roof and external finishing when applicable.

Cladding 

Glazing – Glazing for your dormers will need to be carried out by an outside tradesman, however we do install veluxs.

Rafter Insulation 

Stud Walls – If Required.

Staircase – We will design your staircase and provide you drawings to fit our system but do not supply or install it.
